William Billson, President of PCI and a former detective and undercover police officer, brings a wealth of investigative experience and expertise to the organization. His intimate knowledge of Victoria and Vancouver Island together with his connection to the local law enforcement community enhances PCI's ability to deliver superior investigative results and paralegal support services. Additionally, Bill is a member of the Private Investigators' Association of British Columbia and the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
